Hi dreamers! How was your halloween? Everyone in my town was scared because after all the destruction caused by Sandy we werent sure if we would celebrate! : O The cutest costume I saw was a girl that lives down my block in 4th grade wearing a cute vampire costume xD I know I'm late but, "Halloween Safety Rules",
1.Under the age of 13 go with an adult
2. Age appropriate costume
3.BIG name brand candys(some evil ppl make posion candy)
4.Look both ways befor crossing the street
5.Bring a flashlight if your going out during dark
6.Stay with a group
